The order
How can I place an order?

lalilina.it is structured to experience safe, fast, instinctive and completely relaxing online shopping, trying to convey all the warmth and passion of the Store made first of people and then of things.

enter your favorite department, select the type and model;

check the photo details and description if it reflects your needs, select the size 'add to cart';

the cart complete the order in 5 easy steps, personal data if you have not yet registered enter your data a valid email and password, product summary, shipping, payment choice, any coupons, accept the general conditions and proceed with the order.

How and where do I receive the order confirmation?

After you have sent the order, you will receive a detailed summary on your email, which contains all the data and unique order number where you can check the status on your LALILINA account, check the next sending phases: Summary, order confirmation + invoice, order shipped with shipping tracking, delivered feedback request.

How can I change or cancel my order?

During the preparation phase, you can safely cancel and modify your order by contacting customer service.


NB if you receive the order confirmation with the invoice attached, we can no longer make any changes, the order is ready for shipment.

Products
How can I know if the product is actually available?

The database is connected to our warehouse and the availability viewed is updated in real time.

How can I find product details?

Click on the product you like: you will enter the product sheet. At the bottom the push to view the 360° image, on the left side the details and characteristics of the product, on the right side the price and availability.

The payment
What are the payment methods?

In section 4 of the cart you can select the desired method. We accept major credit cards, postepay, paypal, bank transfer, cash on delivery, Lalilina credit

Is the payment safe who takes my card details?

The payment is made directly on the bank's website, which in turn uses the numbers only to validate the authorization and then deletes them (however, the bank servers are very well protected and if something happens, the bank refunds). In addition, the transmission of the numbers online is encrypted by a code that eliminates any risk of interception.

The expedition
How long does it take to receive my package?

Orders are shipped from lalilina.it, from Monday to Friday, 8:00-12:00. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday morning.

Italy

Shipping usually takes a maximum of 2-5 working days. In exceptional cases the waiting time may be longer.

Europe and Rest of the World

Shipping usually takes a maximum of 3-6 working days (except for customs formalities)

If I choose express mode when will I receive it?

For orders received before 3pm, shipping is guaranteed the same day. Delivery times 1-2 days (islands and remote areas times may vary)

Can I make changes to my data?

Enter your account/login in the personal data section. Make the changes you want and confirm.

Returns and exchanges
Can I exchange a product?

Of course! If you are not satisfied with the size or color of the items you ordered, all you have to do is return the product by following the simple instructions in the right of withdrawal

Should I call the courier myself? (Italy)

We take care of everything for the return, you just have to choose the date and place of collection in your account/after sales and follow the instructions on the form.

How do I get reimbursed?

Coupon
How and where can I use the coupon?

In section 5 of the cart you can insert or choose the available coupons

I entered the Coupon, it tells me the minimum cart amount has not been reached, what does this mean?

Read carefully in the dedicated section 'my coupons' under each code the limits and expiry of use are described

Reimbursement
If I request a return and full refund, do I have to pay shipping costs?

As per regulation In case of withdrawal and refund, the shipping costs will be deducted, simultaneously entered in your account where they will remain at your disposal for the next purchase, learn more about the right of withdrawal.
