Consumer's right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, only and exclusively the Consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated and to return the ordered Products possibly already delivered, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the Consumer, under penalty of forfeiture, within thirty days of receipt of the products, following the procedures set out in the following article 11 of the General Conditions and with the following methods: - The consumer, in the event that he exercises the right of withdrawal within the first fifteen days, may choose whether to receive a refund of the amount paid, change the size of the product if available or receive a purchase voucher for the entire value actually paid (excluding cash on delivery).

In the event of a request for a refund of the amount paid, only once, the return costs (collection of the package) which by law would be charged to the consumer, will be credited for an equal amount as a 'purchase voucher' to the consumer's account.

lalilina.it allows the consumer to withdraw even from the fifteenth to the thirtieth day following the delivery of the goods, only by switching the price paid, for one time only, in exchange for the size of the product if available or by accepting a purchase voucher for the entire value paid (excluding cash on delivery).

Within 14 working days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Lalilina will arrange for the collection of the package through its own trusted courier. The refund of the sums in favor of the Consumer is free and is carried out in the shortest possible time, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which lalilina.it comes into possession of the Products, verifying their integrity in all their parts, lack of use and return in the original packaging.

The right of withdrawal is regulated within Legislative Decree 206/2005 art. 52-57 of the Consumer Code.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the consumer must place the products as received inside the Lalilina branded package (packaging).

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal or return of a product, it will be necessary to obtain a Return Authorization Code by connecting to your account and following the appropriate procedure.

The return rules for products as follows:

• access the 'Customer Service' area, click on 'After-Sales' and then on the appropriate section for the right of withdrawal. Find the order in question. Select the items you wish to return and send the online form to request return authorization. The system will automatically highlight orders that have not yet exceeded the 30-day limit and for which a return can be made.
• You will receive the Return Authorization Code and further instructions.
• follow the instructions and send the goods to the indicated address.

Shoes: They must be returned without having ever been used and must not show any signs of wear. They must also have all the labels (not removed) included in the initial package. The original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore must be returned intact, without signs, writing or deformations that could compromise its resale. Attention! Shoes must be tried on a clean floor or carpet and kept on the feet for only as long as necessary to ensure the right size, by doing so you will avoid creating creases and dirtying the soles. By following these simple tips you will save time and unpleasant mix-ups in the event of a dispute for damages.

Clothing: An item of clothing must be returned complete with the original bag and with the manufacturer's labels attached. The removal of the labels from the item implies the presumption of use of the product and will determine the loss of the right to replacement or refund. In any case, the item must be returned new, never worn, never washed and free of marks, stains, tears and/or any alterations and possibly folded as it was originally.

Accessories: The product must be returned complete with labels in the original packaging.

Gift Returns Policy

The 'gifts' can be returned by the 'recipient' within 30 days of delivery and only with the prior authorization of lalilina.it. The recipient of the gift must contact the Customer Service of lalilina.it and request authorization for the return, being able to choose as a replacement a 'purchase voucher' of equal value to the gift which will then be credited to the user's profile or, only once, a size change of the same product.

In the case of return authorization, the item must be returned new and unused, in its original box, with all the relative documentation as well as new, intact and unused. Returns that show even the slightest trace of use will not be accepted.

Size change

You can only exchange for a different size or color of the same item, if available. You cannot exchange the item for a different item.

Only one free exchange of goods* is allowed for each authorized return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer

*for amounts under €60 and on products in promo/outlet of 50% and above, free returns, return costs €7 Europe and rest of the world: shipping and handling costs and any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Reimbursement*

If you decide to get the refund on your current account, credit card or PayPal account, we will send you the courier (collection costs paid by the customer) within 5 working days of the request, once the return has been received, Lalilina will check the condition of the goods; once the return has been accepted, we will refund you within 10 working days in the manner requested by you. (The collection costs €7 deducted from the refund will be entered in your account as LALILINA credit to be used in the next purchase).

Europe and rest of the world: shipping costs and any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. *Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal
