Delivery times and methods

Peppe 'o Piezzo Sas will deliver the Products, selected and ordered in the manner described in the previous article, to the Consumer and/or Professional using trusted couriers and/or shipping agents.

For the Purchase of Products, delivery takes place at the address indicated by the Consumer/Professional in the registration form on the Portal, with the methods indicated in the same order form.

In any case, delivery times, as per art. 54 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, are not more than 30 days from the day following the day of transmission of the order to Peppe 'o Piezzo Sas and subject to 'order confirmation' by the latter, subject to payment of the price and in any case in line with those provided in the 'shipping' section.

In the case of Purchase of Products by the Consumer/Professional, the personal data and delivery address of the Products may be subject to checks by Peppe 'o Piezzo Sas, without prior notice.

The costs of delivery of the Products are borne by the Consumer/Professional and will be indicated from time to time on the Portal in the 'shipping' section.

The delivery of the Products is subject to payment, by the Consumer and/or Professional, of the relevant price using the method chosen from those made available by Peppe 'o Piezzo Sas, except in the sole case of choosing payment on delivery.

Delivery terms and conditions other than those set out in the General Conditions must be previously agreed between the Consumer and/or Professional and Peppe 'o Piezzo Sas and accepted in writing by the latter.

The tax documentation (invoice and/or delivery note) is issued by Peppe 'o Piezzo Sas, and simultaneously signed by the Consumer and/or Professional, upon delivery of the products.

In order to comply with administrative and bureaucratic obligations, when communicating personal data on the Portal, the Consumer and/or Professional is required to enter the landline or mobile telephone number, where this can be found. Peppe 'o Piezzo Sas reserves the right to refuse the purchase proposal (order) sent, by way of example and not limited to the following cases: provision of false personal data; previous non-fulfilment of any kind towards Peppe 'o Piezzo Sas, subjection to bankruptcy procedures, lack of availability of the Products - for any reason - in the warehouses and in any other case incompatible with the economic interests and company policies.

Taxes and documents

As required by the laws regulating trade, all lalilina.it shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For promotional items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO DECLARE A VALUE LOWER THAN THE OFFICIAL ONE OR TO INDICATE ITEMS AS GIFTS.

Europe

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping is available for EU countries.
VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price.

Rest of the world

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is available for non-EU countries.

Non-EU countries are not subject to VAT/TVA on the purchase price, while any local import tax remains the responsibility of the customer (customs postal charges are included in the shipment).

Shipping time

Orders are shipped from lalilina.it, from Monday to Friday, 8:00-12:00.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday morning.
Italy
Shipping usually takes a maximum of 2-5 working days. In exceptional cases the waiting time may be longer.
Europe and Rest of the World
Shipping usually takes a maximum of 3-6 working days (except for customs formalities).

Order Status

As soon as our goods leave the warehouse you will receive an informative email with the SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION in which you will find the tracking number that can be used to check the delivery status of your package online. Tracking via this number is activated approximately 2 working days after shipment confirmation.

There are three ways to FIND OUT WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS:

Through your account: Access the 'My Account' section on lalilina.it, enter the 'Order Status' section, find the order in question and click on 'Details', once the order details are open click on 'Tracking' to be able to access the courier's website directly where you will see the current delivery status.

Via the Shipping Confirmation email: in the shipping confirmation email you can check the delivery status of your order by clicking on the 'Tracking' link.

Via the courier's website: on the courier's website, simply enter the customer package ID code (found in the shipping confirmation email) and click on 'Search' to see the current delivery status.

Lost package

If you do not receive the goods within a week of the shipping confirmation email, please notify our customer service by sending an email to servizioclienti@lalilina.it or by filling out the form in the contact section or by calling +39 081 0102600.

lalilina.it is not able to guarantee deliveries on Holidays. At the moment, lalilina.it is not able to ship to PO boxes.

APO/FPO Addresses (American Bases): We are sorry, but unfortunately we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is only possible to physical addresses.

Handling of parcels not delivered by our courier

These are packages that have not been delivered to the final recipient for one of the following reasons: unknown recipient, unclaimed, refused, damaged during transport, tampering.

Reason for return of package: unknown recipient or address anomaly.

These are packages returned to the sender by the courier for the following reason: the recipient does not live at the indicated address. After receiving and accepting the package by our services, lalilina.it will contact the customer to resend the order if the product is still available or proceed with the refund, based on the customer's choice (shipping costs are charged to the customer including, where required, taxes and customs duties).

lalilina.it reserves the right to proceed with the refund (excluding shipping costs and the addition, where required, of taxes and customs duties) instead of a new shipment of the order if multiple shipments returned to the sender with an unknown recipient are detected.

Reason for return of package: 'ABSENT / NOTIFIED'

These are packages that have not been collected by the customer at the post office or at the delivery point within the expected timeframe. After receiving and accepting the package by our services, lalilina.it will contact the customer to resend the order if the product is still available or to proceed with the refund (shipping costs will not be refunded), of the order depending on the customer's choice.

lalilina.it reserves the right to proceed with the refund (excluding shipping costs and in addition, where required, taxes and customs duties) of the order rather than sending a new one, if there are multiple unclaimed shipments.

Reason for return of package: 'REFUSED'

Upon delivery, the customer refused the package.

Upon receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, the amount will be credited (excluding shipping costs and in addition, where applicable, taxes and customs duties) to your customer account.
